Automatic Spacer Bending Machine<\/a><\/strong> can realize the automatic connection of aluminum spacer, automatic material breaking function and automatic avoidance of aluminum spacer joint. With a support platform at a 45\u00b0 angle to manufacture spacer frames at selectable angle which is used in insulated glass units.
The automatic feeding system delivers up to long bars directly from storage and connects together to have the endless bending. With its optimization software the machine makes optimization for bending and cutting for minimum waste. The system is based on PC and controlled by servo motors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The system consists of a spacer magazine, a sawing unit for all materials, an insertion unit and the bending unit with profile transport. Dimensionally accurate spacer frames are produced from all common profile materials. The correct spacer material is selected from one of slots in the profile magazine according to the order sequence. By decoupling the sawing process from the bending process, the production quantity increases significantly compared to conventional bending machines. The automatic adjustment of the bending tool to the selected profile width results in significant time savings.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
